• Summary: Join a telehealth team where your day is centered on consistent, scheduled client sessions. As an LMFT, you will support individuals and families working through stress, interpersonal challenges, and life changes while maintaining a clear and organized workflow.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual sessions throughout the workday Assess client concerns and establish practical treatment plans Support clients navigating stress, transitions, and relational issues Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards Coordinate care when additional support is needed Active LMFT license in Nebraska Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience working with relational or family-based cases Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload Strong written and verbal communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical perspective into a setting where your work directly improves how people relate and connect.
