The Medical Technician will collect, process, and test clinical samples while maintaining laboratory compliance and quality standards. They will also coordinate logistics with partner labs and manage laboratory inventory and equipment.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to join our founding LA team. This position will work directly with clinical staff collecting samples to process and test in-office orders of waived and moderate complexity assays, interact with partner labs for send-out of high complexity testing, and maintain the laboratory with a focus on compliance and quality. The position is on-site during business hours on weekdays with occasional need for additional coverage due to clinical and business needs.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and an active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory environment with proficiency in Hematology and Chemistry is required.
