The Crisis Counselor provides therapeutic crisis intervention, stabilization, and case management services to youth and families in various community settings. They also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment goals and maintain clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess either a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of supervised experience or a Master’s degree in counseling or social sciences. Additionally, a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks are required.
The Crisis Support Counselor provides crisis and connective services to youth and families who are experiencing significant psychological, emotional, and behavioral problems that are interfering with their well-being in spaces including but not limited to client homes, hospitals, community spaces, etc. This position will coordinate and implement treatment goals and service delivery for assigned clients, meeting with clients and caregivers on a regular basis. As a Crisis Counselor, you will work alongside a treatment team to help deliver services.
