Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Veterinary Technician within the Surgery team.
Utilize your veterinary technician skills to support advanced patient care and treatment services.
Work collaboratively with veterinarians, board-certified specialists, and other Veterinary Technicians.
Utilize state-of-the-art imaging, monitoring tools, and advanced techniques as part of the Surgery team.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members regarding patient care.
Maintain a calm, professional, and compassionate approach when working with patients and families during stressful or emotional situations.
Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge and technical skills.
After gaining appropriate knowledge and experience, train, coach, mentor, and teach newer Veterinary Technicians and team members.
Contribute to a supportive team environment focused on quality medicine, patient care, and continuous learning.
Current Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) credential required.
Experience working as a Veterinary Technician in a veterinary hospital setting.
Strong foundation in patient care and veterinary medicine.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Ability to remain composed and professional during stressful or emotional situations.
Comfortable working collaboratively with veterinarians and other Veterinary Technicians.
Willingness to learn new and advanced techniques and continue developing clinical skills.
Ability to provide and receive mentorship, guidance, and feedback in a team environment.
Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.
