The Primary Care Physician evaluates and treats patients in a team-based environment while coordinating specialty services and hospital care. They are responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and participating in daily team huddles to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

This is a full-time, on-site, patient-facing role. You report to the Associate Medical Director and are responsible for both in-visit care and ongoing patient management.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$255,000 - $298,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.

Candidates must hold an unrestricted medical license in South Carolina and be a graduate of an accredited MD or DO program. Board certification or eligibility in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine is required, along with an active DEA license.
