The Elliot 1 Day Surgery Center is currently looking for a highly-skilled Surgical Technician to join their team. As a surgical technician at the surgery center, you would be responsible for preparing operating rooms and equipment before, during, and after procedures. You would also assist surgeons with various tasks in the operating room such as passing instruments, holding retractors, and suctioning. Additionally, you would be responsible for sterilizing equipment and instruments, preparing supplies, and transporting patients to the operating room.
High School diploma required. Graduate or student of a formal Surgical Technician program or education/training in the military.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Hospital Operating Room or ASC preferred
Surgical Technician certification required.
BLS certification required.
Medical Technician Certification from the State of New Hampshire required unless other current NH state license is held.
