The LPN will assist medical providers with direct patient care, including room preparation, vitals monitoring, and performing in-house lab procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining patient flow, managing medication refills, and ensuring accurate documentation within the electronic health record.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program with a current, valid New York State nursing license. One year of nursing experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
