The RN Case Manager provides home-based care to patients with illnesses or chronic diseases and oversees clinical staff including LPNs and CNAs. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing patient care plans, and educating patients and families on care and safety.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with an active Montana RN license and 3-5 years of experience, preferably in home healthcare. A valid CPR certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations are also required.
As a recipient of federal funds through the VA and Medicare/Medicaid, Interim HealthCare complies with federal health care regulations. Although recreational marijuana use is legal in Montana, it is still federally illegal. Therefore, our 10-panel pre-employment drug screening includes marijuana. Please do not apply if you cannot pass this drug screen (exceptions can be granted for medicinal use with a doctor's order).
