Serves as a resource for families of children with developmental disabilities by providing support and connecting them with necessary services. Collaborates with pediatric residents and other professionals to address the specific needs of families.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED. Candidates must have at least 12 months of experience as a primary caregiver for a person with disabilities or relevant experience in case management or social services.
Targeted salary up to $18.31 per hour, depending on experience
