• Shift: DayVeterinary Technician – Internal Medicine Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota (AERC) Oakdale, MN Do you love a good diagnostic puzzle? We work through complex, chronic, and often head-scratching cases—together. And we do it with a team that values strong medicine, thoughtful care, and supporting each other through it all.
• What you’ll get to do: Assist with advanced diagnostics (ultrasound, endoscopy, aspirates, biopsies) Support management of chronic and complex medical cases Provide detailed patient monitoring and high-quality nursing care Partner closely with board-certified internists and experienced technicians Communicate with clients who truly need guidance, clarity, and compassion Be part of a team that likes teaching and learning from each other
• QualificationsWhat we’re looking for: CVT/LVT/RVT preferred (or equivalent experience) Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical setting Strong technical skills and attention to detail Interest in Internal Medicine (bonus if you love a good workup) Someone who asks questions, shares ideas, and supports their team A steady presence—especially when cases get complicated
