• Summary: Our practice is hiring a Physical Therapist to help patients improve movement, reduce physical limitations, and return to regular activities. This position is suited for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care, thoughtful treatment planning, and helping people work toward realistic recovery goals.

Responsibilities

Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments Identify treatment needs and set measurable therapy goals Deliver exercise-based therapy and manual interventions Support patients with strength, flexibility, and mobility training Update treatment plans based on progress and clinical response Explain home care instructions in a clear and practical way Keep patient documentation organized and accurate Doctor of Physical Therapy degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation care preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to work well with patients and clinical staff PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a steady full-time role where your clinical skills help patients regain confidence in movement.
