• Summary: We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role with a one-patient-per-hour model. You’ll guide patients through recovery by assessing their needs, creating treatment plans, and helping them build strength, stability, and better movement for daily life.

Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and re-evaluations Identify patient goals and functional limitations Deliver individualized treatment sessions Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and manual care Monitor response to treatment and revise plans when needed Educate patients on safe home routines Keep accurate records of care and progress Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Physical Therapist license in Washington Outpatient experience preferred Strong assessment and patient communication skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your PT skills to a role where patients are seen, heard, and supported one visit at a time.
