The Physical Therapist will assess patient mobility, strength, and functional ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. They will provide hands-on care, exercise instruction, and maintain accurate clinical records while coordinating with the broader healthcare team.
Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and possess an active Physical Therapist license in Washington. Previous outpatient experience is preferred along with strong assessment and patient communication skills.
