• Summary: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in a full-time role. You will evaluate patient needs, plan treatment, and help people regain movement and confidence after injury, surgery, or ongoing physical challenges. This position is ideal for a clinician who values patient education and steady follow-through.

Responsibilities

Assess mobility, strength, balance, pain, and functional ability Build individualized plans of care Provide exercise instruction and hands-on treatment Review progress and make clinical adjustments Support patients with home programs and realistic goals Maintain complete clinical records Coordinate with providers or team members when appropriate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Physical Therapist license in Washington Outpatient experience preferred Strong assessment and patient communication skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your PT skills to a role where patients are seen, heard, and supported one visit at a time.
