Patient Care Technicians provide direct patient care and support the admissions and discharge process under the supervision of a professional nurse. They are responsible for observing patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a relevant certification such as CNA, NCMA, or NCPCT. Additionally, applicants must meet specific clinical program enrollment criteria or have recent work experience as a PCT or Nursing Assistant.
