Description The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA!
Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided. Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability, and flexible spending available. Wellness Reimbursement Program: Reimburse your monthly gym/fitness/wellness fee up to $25/month Continuing Education: 5-10 paid days + $3000-$4000/year Additional $5 per hygienist chart they sign off, paid monthly (estimated between $6000-$12,000 more annually) Eligible for $10,000 bonus each year when signing a 3-year contract and could continue annually for up to 5 years.
