Tennessee MLT float roles need broad lab skills

In Tennessee, MLT float roles are typically in demand at hospitals and multi-site health systems that need coverage across shifts and departments. These positions are competitive because employers often want candidates who can move between benches, so clinical lab experience, hematology exposure, and state licensure or ASCP certification can strengthen an application. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform, then confirm your experience with float work and prepare examples of adapting quickly across lab areas.
