Performs interpretive, patient care, and technical functions to ensure proper radiologic diagnosis of patients. Works independently within the Cath Lab department to document information accurately and handle equipment.
Requires graduation from an approved two or four-year radiologic program and clinical program completion. Must possess or be eligible for a Kentucky state license.

Minimum Education: Must be a graduate of an approved two or four ‑year program Minimum Work Experience: Clinical program completion Required Licenses/Certifications: Must possess or be eligible for a KY state license Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: n Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately n Ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals n Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred n Basic computer knowledge is preferred n Ability to move or lift patients and equipment n Ability to work independently within general guidelines n Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written n Required to comply with OSHA regulations for the N95 respirator training and fit testing
