100 miles radius rule from perm address Graduate of an approved course of study acceptable to the New York State Education Department Bachelor's degree required Radiologic Technology or a related field; certification as a Radiologist Assistant (RA) or Physician Assistant (PA) with radiology focus preferred.
Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography; additional certifications in CT, Ultrasound, or Interventional Radiology (e.g., RRA - Registered Radiologist Assistant) are highly desirable. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
