The nurse is responsible for delivering medical and nursing services to children and young adults in residential programs. Duties include assessing patient needs, administering medications, documenting health status, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Candidates must hold an active Indiana LPN or RN license and possess a valid driver's license. At least one year of experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities is preferred.
