The Nurse Practitioner provides advanced clinical wound care through mobile and in-clinic visits, including patient assessments and the development of individualized treatment plans. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention strategies.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) and an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with national certification. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a preference for those with a background in wound care or home health.
