The Occupational Therapist will assess patients, establish therapy goals, and provide home-based care to improve daily living skills and coordination. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary home health team to educate patients and families on safety strategies and care plans.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold an active license in California. At least one year of experience in home healthcare is preferred, along with the ability to pass background and health screenings.
Starting at $120K Annually |$57.69/Hour
20 Visits Per Week
Monday - Friday 8a-5p
