The Child Development Specialist provides 24-hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children in a residential facility. They are responsible for building rapport with residents to foster pro-social development and helping them overcome personal challenges.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, or a minimum of 48 college credits in those areas. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with car insurance.
