About the role

Provide outpatient medical care as part of a multidisciplinary team including physicians and advanced practice providers. Participate in a 1:14 call rotation and collaborate with hospitalist services and embedded support staff.

Overview

JOB SPECIFICS Join a well-known and growing practice with an established patient panel Excellent work/life balance Outpatient only practice supported by hospitalist service Call is 1:14, outpatient call only. In addition, after hours, the OSF After-Hours Nurse Triage Center will take first call Join 2 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers Embedded services such as care management, social work and behavioral health Clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00am – 5:00pm with option to work on Saturday H1B and J1 visa applications accepted BENEFITS & PERKS

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
  • Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
  • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
  • Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
  • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
  • Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
