CT Technologist

• The below opportunity is a travel assignment that has opportunities in Rochester, Auburn, and Geneva, NY.
• Depending on the travel assignment you are interested in, there will be a radius rule that must be meet to qualify, which can be between 50 to 100miles.
• Workfit Staffing is looking for a CT Technologist.
• The CT Technologist should have the ability to empathize with patients, specialized technical skills, and dedication to quality, greatly enhances the overall success of imaging.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Patient Care - Responsible for radiography of patients, including CT scans and Interventional CT guided procedures; provide on-call coverage for CT section of Radiology; follow up on patient care issues/needs. · Documentation - Maintain accountability for proper documentation of exams and procedures, document performance of studies in patient charts. · Daily Maintenance - Assist with day-to-day supervision of the CT team; clean, restock and prepare rooms.

Qualifications

· Two year college degree in Radiologic Technologist in Applied Science or equivalent. NYS license in Radiologic Technology (or) must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of employment. R - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) · American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT-R) within six months of employment. · NYS Injection Certification within six months of employment. · Prior Radiologic Technologist experience preferred. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to work in various software applications preferred. · Exceptional customer service and communication skills preferred.
