The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field while preparing necessary instruments and equipment. They function as a key member of the surgical team to support the center's quality improvement goals and patient care philosophy.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and have completed a Surgical Technician program. Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred, along with a strong understanding of aseptic techniques.
