Market context

Virginia mammography roles need ARRT credentials

In Virginia, mammography technologist openings are often tied to outpatient imaging centers, hospitals, and women’s health services, where demand follows ongoing preventive screening and diagnostic imaging needs. These roles are competitive because employers typically want current Radiologic Science certification, ARRT registration, and the ability to earn ARRT (M) registration within one year of hire; this platform’s AI-summarized requirements and benefits help you review the original posting faster. Before applying, confirm your certification timeline and note benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, and family-building reimbursement.
