The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. Additionally, the role involves supervising staff and supporting the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe nursing care and effective resource management.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current professional license. One year of RN experience is required for PRN status, and certifications such as AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on the unit.

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
