Rehabilitation Veterinarian – HealingPups at Independence Veterinary Clinic Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year Sign-on Bonus: $25,000 Location: 2328 Crownpoint Executive Drive, Charlotte, NC Independence Veterinary Clinic is hiring a full-time OR part-time Rehabilitation Veterinarian to join HealingPups, our large and growing physical therapy and animal rehabilitation program.

You'll guide canine patients through recovery from orthopedic surgery, manage chronic conditions like arthritis and neurological disease, support senior pet mobility, and help condition sporting and working dogs — all using advanced therapeutic techniques in a purpose-built rehab environment.

A fully equipped rehab suite, including a Hydro Physio underwater treadmill, indoor swim pool, therapeutic laser and ultrasound and dedicated space for strength and balance work, therapeutic massage, and stretching.

Deliver hands-on and technology-supported therapies including hydrotherapy, therapeutic laser, manual techniques, and tailored strength and conditioning programs.

Partner with our medical team and pet families to track progress, celebrate milestones, and adjust plans to meet each dog where they are.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution Valid veterinary license in the state of North Carolina CCRP, CCRT, or equivalent canine rehabilitation certification About HealingPups at Independence Veterinary Clinic HealingPups is Independence Veterinary Clinic's specialized canine rehabilitation program, blending compassionate care with advanced therapeutic techniques to help dogs live happier, more comfortable lives.
