• JOB SPECIFICS Excellent work/life balance practice seeks Family Medicine or IM/Peds physician, BC/BE.
• Outpatient only practice supported by hospitalist service.
• Call is 1:12, outpatient call only.
• In addition, after hours, the OSF After-Hours Nurse Triage Center will take first call.

• Embedded services such as care management, social work and behavioral health Clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00am – 5:00pm with option to work on Saturday H1B and J1 visa applications accepted.
