The Nurse Practitioner will deliver medical care to adult patients by performing physical exams, assessing needs, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. They will also facilitate patient education, maintain accurate medical records, and participate in quality improvement activities.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with current Ohio licensure and national Nurse Practitioner certification. Proficiency in clinical assessment, communication, and electronic health record systems like Epic is required.

Under the direction of the collaborating physicians delivers health and medical care within the scope of practice of the nurse practitioner as defined by the Advanced Nurse Practice Act. Job requires knowledge, skill and ability to provide care to an adult patient population.
