The LPN administers quality patient care under the supervision of leadership and the direction of an RN or provider. They are responsible for performing clinical tasks such as medication administration and dressing changes while maintaining professional communication with patients and families.
Candidates must possess the ability to perform clinical procedures and demonstrate strong interpersonal and physical capabilities. The role requires the ability to assess patient conditions, problem-solve, and adapt to various clinical environments.
