Location: Gentle Dental 45th Street 4550 E Bell Rd, Bldg 8 Suite 178 Phoenix, AZ 85032, USA

We offer the following benefits for Full Time employees

• Pay is a combination of hourly rate and production bonuses with an expected total comp in the range of $48 - $55 per hour.

Position Qualifications

• Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
