The Unit Clerk provides clerical support to the nursing team, including scheduling resident appointments and coordinating transportation. They are also responsible for obtaining insurance approvals and communicating appointment details to residents and their families.
The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage scheduling and insurance documentation. Candidates must be able to work in a professional healthcare environment and interact effectively with residents and responsible parties.
