Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Human Service Worker, earning $16.49–$20.90/hour, at our Aspire Academy Program in Orem, Utah. In this role, you'll support adolescent females ages 12–17 in a structured, therapeutic setting, many of whom are in state custody and need intensive mental health support and supervision. You'll build meaningful connections while helping clients navigate challenges like trauma, self-harm, substance use, and family disruption.
