The Advanced-Practice Provider will work in the Emergency Medicine Department providing care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatrics. The role requires a minimum of nine 12-hour shifts per month.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and hold a valid license in the state of Iowa. Graduation from an accredited program and appropriate professional certification are also required.
McFarland Clinic is seeking an Advanced-Practice Provider to work part time in our Emergency Medicine Department in Ames. This position requires a minimum of nine 12 hour shifts per month. McFarland Clinic is an excellent working environment with very positive working relationships with primary care and specialty physicians. Competitive salary based upon experience.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and will need to be able to see patients of all ages especially pediatrics. Graduation from an accredited program. Currently licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the state of Iowa. Currently certified or have the ability to be certified by the appropriate governing body.
