This role collaborates closely with referring physicians and healthcare teams to support accurate diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and optimal patient outcomes.The Radiologist must demonstrate proficiency in CT, nuclear medicine, MRI, X-ray, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and image-guided interventional procedures, including biopsies, drain placements, and injections.This position operates in full compliance with all Winona Health policies and procedures, as well as applicable State and CMS rules and regulations. The Radiologist is accountable for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high productivity standards to meet the expectations of Winona Health and the communities it serves.
Essential
Duties & Responsibilities
Interpret diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently.
Provide image-guided interventional procedures as clinically indicated.
Deliver competent, compassionate, and patient-centered care in the Imaging Department.
Adhere to national standards of professional practice and accreditation requirements, including those established by the Medical Staff of Winona Health, the Minnesota Department of Health, and other regulatory agencies.
Document all patient interactions, observations, assessments, and plans of care accurately and timely, with completion of documentation prior to the end of each shift.
Prepare comprehensive imaging reports that include evaluation findings and appropriate recommendations.
Participate in third-party payer programs as designated by Winona Health.
Assign or reassign billing rights for services rendered in accordance with organizational agreements.
Participate in Blue Cross Blue Shield contracts, Medicare, Medicaid, and other commercial and governmental insurance programs as identified by Winona Health.
Actively participate in the medical staff organization, including committees, initiatives, and care process improvement efforts.

Skills and Experience
Required
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
