Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient, Part Time
Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm/3:00pm-11:30pm
Provides pharmacy services and ensures the appropriate selection, dosing, administration, and dispensing of medication orders.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will ensure patients receive their prescriptions accurately, timely and respectfully. You will appropriately select, dose, administer and dispense medications as indicated, helping provide the treatments they need to improve their health and well-being. 00AM - 3:30PM or 3:00PM - 11:30PM, with every 4th weekend and two holiday requirements.
Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered, evidence-based medication services.
Verify medication orders and/or dispenses medications accurately according to state and federal regulations.
Document services in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
Actively contribute to medication safety initiatives.
Ensure all pharmacy operations are in compliance with national accreditation standards.
Directs staff appropriately to provide safe and efficient care and maintain professional working relationships with all caregivers.
Educate and train students, residents, other caregivers and/or patients.
