The therapist will provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. They will also perform clinical assessments, crisis intervention, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their emotional health goals.
A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline is required. Candidates should have knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations, with preference given to those holding professional licensure such as LCSW or LMHC.

The therapist will perform Clinical functions to include assisting patients in meeting their goals while enabling them to access, through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, group therapy, providing information and referrals as needed, and individual therapy when ordered by an MD. Provides variety of psychotherapeutic services including, family and individual (adults and children) in an inpatient and outpatient psychiatric Behavioral Health Center setting. Patient(s), with co-occurring disorders, psychiatric disorders, substance abuse disorders and other behavioral disorders. The Therapist is a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, working with patients who have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The Therapist completes individual patient assessments and provides individual and group therapy as required. Therapists will communicate with collateral contacts, schools, and outpatient providers. Schedule is Monday - Friday with occasional Weekends. Hours will vary.
