The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. They will collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care while maintaining accurate documentation of resident conditions.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Applicants should possess strong medication management skills and a passion for geriatric nursing excellence.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
