The nurse will execute physician-prescribed care plans, manage medications, and perform patient assessments in a home health setting. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide education to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a current RN or LPN license and possess valid CPR certification. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and commuting to the patient's home.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Ohkay Owingeh, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
This patient is a High Acuity patient, and they need a total of 144 hours a week, 12 hour shifts and will be split up between 3-4 nurses.
Tuesday - Sunday night shifts: 2000-0800
Sunday - Tuesday: 0800-2000
Wednesday - Saturday: 0800-2000
You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
