The Medical Assistant will support providers during evaluation appointments by capturing vital signs, patient histories, and performing clinical procedures like EKGs and phlebotomy. They are also responsible for maintaining exam room readiness and ensuring accurate documentation and patient flow.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior clinical experience. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required, with MA certification preferred.
Medical Assistant – Full-Time (Clinic Evaluations) Overview Join The IMA Group as a Medical Assistant supporting structured medical evaluations in a professional outpatient setting. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, teamwork, and patient interaction—without on-call demands. Schedule Full-time, shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Occasional Saturdays (scheduled in advance) What You’ll Do Assist providers during evaluation appointments Capture vital signs and patient histories Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and basic clinical procedures Maintain exam room readiness and supply levels Support accurate documentation and patient flow
