The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services including acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, and post-hospitalization evaluations. They will also participate in population health initiatives and public health programs such as the treatment of infectious diseases.
Candidates must be Board-certified or Board-eligible Internists. The role requires a commitment to providing compassionate healthcare to diverse communities experiencing health disparities.

Services include acute and chronic disease management, preventive services and post-hospitalization discharge evaluation. Internists at GPHA are integral to the success of population health initiatives, pandemic/outbreak response and other public health issues such as diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted disease, viral hepatitis, and obesity.
Telemedicine and In-person visits are available. Inpatient services are not included.
