About the role

The Physical Therapy Assistant will administer interventions as directed by a supervising PT and assist with patient mobility and exercise routines. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a safe treatment environment.

How you’ll contribute

A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) PRN who excels in this role

Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.

Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.

Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for

Applicants should have a current state PTA license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school. Additional requirements include:

Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.

ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.

One year of experience preferred

ASLS certification preferred

Requirements

Applicants must hold a current state PTA license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited school. Additionally, candidates are required to obtain Basic Life Support, ACLS, and PALS certifications within specified timeframes.
