The Nurse Practitioner will provide cardiology services, including chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute care visits in an outpatient setting. They are also responsible for managing an assigned patient panel, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the medical team.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess a current state license, DEA, and OBNDD registration. Required certifications include ACLS and BLS, along with proficiency in the EPIC EMR system.
