Provides direct nursing care, including assessments, care planning, and education for assigned patients. Coordinates the delivery of care among various team members and disciplines to maintain patient flow.
Requires a current California RN license, Basic Life Support certification, and experience in acute care or formal classroom education. Candidates must obtain a Certified Foot Care Specialist (CFCS) certification within six months of employment.
Provides direct nursing care including assessments, care plan, education, and evaluation for assigned patients. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care as well as coordinates the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines.
