The Polysomnographic Technologist provides safe, reliable diagnostic sleep testing and respiratory care for patients across all age groups. They also serve as a technical resource, mentor trainees, and coordinate daily workloads and procedures within the sleep medicine center.
Candidates must hold current licensure as a Polysomnographic Technologist in Virginia, possess an RPSGT certification, and maintain AHA BLS certification. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in sleep medicine is required.
