Salary
$36 - $48 / HOUR
The LPN/RN will administer medications, monitor resident health status, and develop individualized care plans. They will also supervise CNAs and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Candidates must hold a current LPN or RN license in the state and possess a valid CPR certification. A minimum of six months of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.

Education Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
