Saint Luke's North Hospital is looking for a talented and experienced Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Position

  • Registered Nurse (RN) –
  • NICU
  • Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours, Days

This position is recruiting for full-time nightshift in our Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). All NICU staff at Saint Luke's North are cross-trained to postpartum and newborn care, to attend deliveries and provide transitional care and support for all newborns, and to the level II NICU.

Preferred candidates should have at least 1 year of acute care/inpatient nursing experience.

Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.

Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.

Delegates tasks appropriately.

Identifies hospital resources.

Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.

Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.

Job requirements

Applicable Experience: 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - American Academy of Pediatrics, Registered Nurse - Various
