The Registered Nurse oversees patient care services and ensures compliance with clinical policies and state/federal regulations. They are responsible for assessing patient conditions, executing physician orders, and coordinating care delivery with subordinate staff.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing school and hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. The role requires the ability to document patient assessments and manage care plans effectively.

Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices. May administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan. Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff. Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
