Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting Open to new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient experience gained during clinical fieldwork Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment
• Compensation: $85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional earning potential for clinicians interested in a higher-volume caseload model, plus additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
